2014-2018 Honda Civic TPMS Light Low Tire Pressure Calibration:

If you replaced a wheel, tire, TPMS sensor, etc. and are now getting a warning light on your car, then the sensor needs to be reset. To relearn or reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor on your 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 Honda Civic you must have a TPMS relearn tool and follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the vehicle is at a complete stop, the shift lever is in N (for manual transmission) or the shift lever is in P (for Automatic transmission/CVT models)
  2. Turn the engine switch off
  3. Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.
  4. Turn the engine switch to the"ON" position
  5. Locate and press the TPMS button until the low tire pressure or TPMS indicator blinks twice.

Models with Audio display:

  • Make sure the vehicle is at a complete stop, the shift lever is in N (for manual transmission) or the shift lever is in P (for Automatic transmission/CVT models)
  • Turn the engine switch off
  • Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.
  • Turn the engine switch to the"ON" position
  • Press the HOME button (located on the audio screen) to enter the Vehicle Menu screen.
  • Select Settings
  • Select Vehicle
  • Select TPMS Calibration
  • Select Calibrate and wait until the calibration process finishes

Models with i-MID display:

  • Make sure the vehicle is at a complete stop, the shift lever is in N (for manual transmission) or the shift lever is in P (for Automatic transmission/CVT models)
  • Turn the engine switch off
  • Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.
  • Turn the engine switch to the"ON" position
  • Press the MENU button on the left side of the steering wheel to go to the Vehicle Menu screen

  • Scroll down and select Customize Settings by using the +/- button
  • Select TPMS Calibration
  • Select Initialize
  • When a message appears, select YES to start the TPMS calibration.

Note: Calibration will complete after 20 minutes of cumulative driving at 30 to 60 mph.
